Job role includes

  • Analyse campaign and website performance data
  • Help segment our database
  • Support the planning and delivery of targeted B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns
  • Support CRM database management and customer journey development
  • Assist with campaigns to increase engagement
  • Help create and optimise content
  • Support the production of communications and campaign materials
  • Assist with the promotion and delivery of webinars
  • Support SEO activity
  • Monitor website traffic and lead generation
  • Review campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Produce regular marketing reports and recommendations based on results
  • Research industry trends and customer behaviour
