We are offering the opportunity for someone to complete a national apprenticeship with us here at Elmscot Group. We offer regular training and an in-house mentor to support you through your course. We have highly trained professionals who play a key role in ensuring that young children learn and develop and are kept healthy and safe.

Duration: 1 Year 6 Months

Expected start date: 11/01/2027

Hours per week: 40 hours

Job role includes

  • Caring for the children's individual needs and care routines
  • Support the children's learning and development through activities you plan
  • Observe children in accordance to the Early Years Foundation Stage with fun and exciting activities planned to meet individual needs
  • Adhere to a consistent daily routine both indoors and outdoors, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning experiences are offered to children at all times
  • Working with parents to ensure consistency and high levels of care
  • Reporting to a senior member of staff who will be on hand to offer support and guidance throughout employment

Elmscot Group is located on Warwick Road in Hale WA15 We are a group of 7 nurseries, after school clubs and holiday clubs all based in Trafford and Cheshire. Elmscot Day Nursery is based in Altrincham.

    • Once you complete your Level 3, you may be offered a practitioner position at our nursery and have the opportunity to progress through the company. Subject to status.
