We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to join our team, supporting both the Student Support and the Marketing Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Duration: 1 Year 6 Months

Expected start date: 22/06/2026

Hours per week: 37.5 hours

Wage: (Annually)

Job role includes

Student Support:

  • Welcome and assist students and visitors
  • Handle enquiries (in person, phone, email)
  • Support enrolment, inductions, and student records
  • Help organise and lead activities and events
  • Support with accommodation queries
  • Monitor attendance, safeguarding and student welfare
  • Any other general administrative duties

Marketing:

  • Create and collect content (photos, videos, testimonials, google reviews)
  • Support social media management
  • Assist with marketing materials and campaigns
  • Engage with students to showcase their experience
