Herd Mundy Richardson are looking for a Laboratory Technician Apprentice to join their team. You will work toward your Level 3 Laboratory Technician Apprenticeship Qualification and will complete duties which include handling of chemicals and instruments, being involved with a variety of testing on pharmaceutical products.

Duration: 2 Years

Expected start date: 30/03/2026

Hours per week: 35 hours

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dedicated team here at Herd Mundy Richardson. You will work towards your Laboratory Technician apprenticeship qualification and will complete duties which include:

  • Handling of chemicals and instruments
  • Learn how to stock check
  • How to maintain a tidy workplace
  • About general Lab equipment maintenance and/or how to coordinate engineers for repairs and servicing of equipment in conjunction with our scientists
  • Learn about all about Health and safety processes and procedures to ensure you work safely within our labs
  • Be involved with variety of testing on pharmaceutical products
  • Become a part of a team involved with new projects on behalf of top pharmaceutical companies
