The role includes assisting with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children, keeping good records of the children and assisting with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children.

Job role includes

Duties:

  • To develop your role within the team, especially with regard to being a key worker
  • To keep good records of the children
  • Maintain good relationships with parents and children
  • Assist with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children
  • To be aware of the nurseries' policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship qualification
  • Paediatric first aid qualification
  • Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking their end point assessment

    • A full-time position at the nursery and pathways for continuous professional development are available for staff to progress
