Barnshaw have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to work in fabrication as a machine fabricator. A great opportunity for the right candidate to progress in an established company.

Duration: 3 Years 6 Months

Expected start date: 12/01/2026

Hours per week: 40 hours

Job role includes

As a Trainee Machine Fabricator the successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team and support senior members of the department.

The majority of the Fabricator day will be occupied by learning different processes in the factory.

Main Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Working with skilled operators learning all the different processes
  • Plate rolling
  • Press braking
  • Ring rolling
  • Tube bending

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
