We are seeking a motivated & detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal if you are looking to begin your career in administration. The successful candidate will support daily office operations, gain hands-on experience with administrative tasks& receive training in various aspects of office management.

Duration: 1 Year 3 Months

Expected start date: 20/10/2025

Hours per week: 30 hours

Job role includes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and take meeting minutes
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data entry and updating internal databases
  • Support HR, finance, or other teams as required
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
