Job role includes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and take meeting minutes
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Data entry and updating internal databases
- Support HR, finance, or other teams as required
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
