Once qualified, take up employment with Starlightkids Childminding Services Ltd. And move on to Early Years Practitioner Level 3. Gain first-hand experience working with SEND children and the involvement of other specialist professionals.

Job role includes
- Learn and support the employer in providing loving care, appropriate learning experiences, plan and deliver planned activities for the children and assess the progress of each child's learning
- Work with the employer to ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Comply with all requirements, regulations, policies and procedures of the organisation
- Time out to complete your assignments
