Job role includes

- Completing general administrative tasks
- Completing general Digital Marketing tasks
- Identify tactics to help drive company social media & website views
- Creating online content to suit various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & TikTok
- Customer service including communication online
- Email marketing
- Managing social media campaigns
- Analyse the data within campaigns
- Execute split testing and analysis
- Leverage AI and tools to facilitate process
- Be able to record and edit video content

Desired skills/ Qualities:

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Confidence to manage a busy workload and resolve any issues professionally
- Content creation
- You will also be a fast learner, familiar with Microsoft applications
- ICT skills
- Familiar with Social Media platforms
