Job role includes
A normal day would include: -
- Exposure to high end engineering work and experience working with our team of highly skilled engineers on the workshop and in our office
- Access to a full range of high-end CNC and conventional machines in our 18,000 sq ft workshop
- Working with our dedicated Apprentice Trainer through our own foundation training syllabus for fitting, turning and milling
- Upon successful completion of your foundation training, opportunities to work with the Foreman on high-end projects to gain further real-world engineering experience

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company in addition to the training received on site, to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
