Support Service Centre operations by assisting with Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator duties, ensuring customer Service Levels are met and internal processes followed. An Apprentice helps the Service Centre Manager, Operations Manager, and wider team to complete tasks in line with customer SLAs.

Duration: 1 Year 1 Month

Expected start date: 11/10/2025

Hours per week: 37.5 hours

Job role includes

  • Support the operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily running of the Service Centre.
  • Assist with booking, monitoring, and allocating courier jobs using internal systems (CityTrak and X-Despatch 3).
  • Communicate with couriers, clients, and other departments to resolve issues and answer queries.
  • Help manage driver workload and ensure compliance with
  • Network Utilisation rules.
  • Assist in checking incoming and outgoing deliveries to ensure they meet customer SLA requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.
  • Support the team with KPI tracking and reporting to ensure performance is on target.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards.
  • Learn how to manage resource planning during peak times and busy periods.
  • Participate in team meetings and actively contribute ideas to improve processes.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and updating job sheets.
  • Act as a positive representative of the company when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
