Horwich Day Nursery are looking for a dedicated and aspiring early years apprentice. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within a nursery setting whilst gaining a level 3 qualification.

Duration: 1 Year 6 Months

Expected start date: 29/06/2025

Hours per week: 30 hours

Wage: (Annually)

Job role includes

  • Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
  • Support the lead nursery practitioner in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
  • Help with the daily care routines, including feeding, changing diapers, and nap times
  • Engage in play and educational activities with the children
  • Monitor and ensure the safety of the children at all times
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the nursery area
  • Collaborate with other nursery staff to create a positive and inclusive environment
