The Carpet Stop in Cheadle Hulme are recruiting for an Apprentice Administrator/Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.

Duration: 1 Year 4 Months

Expected start date: 15/08/2025

Hours per week: 37 hours

Wage: (Annually)

Job role includes

  • Data inputting
  • Updating customer details using a CRM software system 
  • Processing customer orders 
  • Help answering with incoming calls 
  • Booking appointments with customers
  • Responding to email/social media enquiries 
  • Following up customers enquiries 
  • Face-to-face and telephone sales
  • Working closely with the sales team
