We are seeking a candidate with initiative and a willingness to learn. As Finance Administrator, you will have good administrative and data entry skills and you will be a confident communicator over the phone and on emails. Good time management skills and a positive, proactive approach are essential.

Duration: 1 Year 6 Months

Expected start date: 16/05/2025

Hours per week: 37.5 hours

Job role includes

  • Maintaining accounts records.
  • Making copies and filing documents.
  • Purchase ledger.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Processing supplier invoices.
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Chasing outstanding payments and updating records.
  • Raising BACs payments and DD runs.
  • Deal with finance enquiries via e-mail and telephone.
  • Undertake credit control activities.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Investigation of unmatched transactions and ensuring that these have been invoiced.
  • Liaising with colleagues in other departments in relation to queried transactions.
  • Reconciliation of specific supplier accounts to statement.
  • General finance support as required.
