Job role includes

Responsibilities to Service Users:

  • Provide care for Service Users’ physical needs, including personal care and completing all necessary records.
  • Provide care for Service Users’ social and emotional needs including being entrusted with personal information, providing support, social stimulation.
  • Promote independence and choice.
  • Facilitate dignity and privacy for service users.
  • Show respect to service users at all times.
  • Operate activities and interests for service users.
  • Carry out all necessary daily routines.
  • Safeguard Service User to protect them from abuse and neglect, follow appropriate procedures to raise concerns.
