This is a Pre-School Apprentice role for someone who would like to gain experience on the job. This is an ideal opportunity to join an Outstanding Pre-School based in Middleton. You will be required to deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 2-4 years and ensure the nursery is a safe environment for children.

Job role includes

  • Able to care for and supervise the children, regarding their physical, emotional and intellectual needs
  • Work with the other staff team on planning and preparation of activities to meet children's individual needs
  • Provide positive management of children's behaviour
  • Be involved in the preparation, care, cleanliness and maintenance of the playrooms and equipment
  • Supervise meals/snack times
  • Adhere to the Policies & Procedures of Burnside Pre-School and compliance with the guidelines of Ofsted
