An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing team. You will be answering phones and performing general administration duties.

Duration: 1 Year 6 Months

Expected start date: 21/10/2024

Hours per week: 35 hours

Job role includes

  • Answering the phone 
  • Creating and assisting with the creation of documents including customer agreements and health and safety documents
  • Assisting with H&S accreditation renewals 
  • Booking hotels 
  • Tracking projects and ensuring all subtasks are complete on time
  • Contacting customers and the other stakeholders involved in  projects to book appointments, communicate key information and obtain information required
  • Performing administrative duties in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Making updates to our website
  • Contributing to the improvement of internal processes as our team grows
