A fantastic opportunity is available at Rye Motors. The customer service apprentice will be a first point of contact for customers, providing them with updates as required and ensuring a positive experience at all times.

Duration: 1 Year

Expected start date: 28/10/2024

Hours per week: 40 hours

Wage: (Annually)

Job role includes

A normal day would include:

• Taking in coming and making outgoing calls
• Updating the system with accurate notes
• Pre-call and reminder phone calls
• Meeting and greeting customers on the day
• Ensuring customer contact details are captured
• Agreeing and organising collection times
• Customer updates through out the day
• Customer collection and explanation or works performed
• Follow up activity to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Being a team player and displaying a positive attitude towards team work, team members and callers

How you will be supported;
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
From an employer perspective you will be assigned a mentor who will train and coach you through the Service Advisor role, Starting with the basics of customer booking and appointments, learning the dealer computer systems, progressing to job shadowing with customers face to face, ultimately towards the end of the apprenticeship having your own customers to manage through the entire journey.
