We are an established law firm in Oldham, looking for an aspiring Customer Service apprentice to grow with us. This will be a full-time role with the opportunity to gain an industry-recognised qualification.

Duration: 15 Months

Expected start date: 29/04/2024

Hours per week: 40 hours

Wage: (Annually)

Job role includes

  • Dealing with inbound enquiries from new clients over the telephone or by email
  • Listening to client’s enquiry, conducting a detailed needs assessment and selling relevant advice and application packages, providing a breakdown of costs for the services sought and addressing any objections they may have effectively
  • Using Sales CRM to follow up on leads and nurture your opportunities until conversion with admin work being a key part of the role
  • Attending training events, exhibitions and conferences as required
  • Providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients
  • Undertaking any other duties as may reasonably be required by managers
  • Consistently Achieving realistic Sales and KPI targets
