Apprentice Sales Administrator for a Technology Solutions Provider based in Cheadle. You will undertake your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification.

Duration: 17 Months

Hours per week: 38.75 hours

Wage: 12979.2 (Annually)

Job role includes

  • Ensuring clients receive support, product and service in timely manner
  • Customer data capture and order reporting
  • Order processing
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Preparing sales reports and renewal reports for customer
  • Monitoring and assisting client requests
  • Providing first class service to customers
