Apprentice Customer Service Assistant for a Electrical Wholesale/Retail company based in Bolton. You will undertake your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification. You will be assisting in the sales and warehouse and on the busy trade counter of an electrical wholesaler.

Duration: 17 Months

Expected start date: 16/05/2024

Hours per week: 40 hours

Wage: 13312 (Annually)

Job role includes

• Assisting in the sales and warehouse and on the busy trade counter of an electrical wholesaler
• Dealing with goods inwards
• Packing orders
• Inter branch stock transfers
• Computer invoicing and stock control
• Telephone sales
• Face to face customer service
• Upkeep of warehouse working to health and safety regulations
• General office work
