We are looking to recruit an Apprentice to join our friendly community team in Salford. They will become part of a team that provides careers support to 16–18-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), helping them to identify their career ambitions and move into fulfilling training and employment opportunities.

Duration: 18 Months

Expected start date: 01/05/2024

Hours per week: 35 hours

Wage: 13800 (Annually)

Job role includes

You will join our team in the work that we do across the city and support the team working alongside colleagues in partner organisations to help improve outcomes for young people. This will involve direct contact with young people, their parents/carers, and a range of professionals from support services, training providers and employers across the city, so excellent communication skills are essential, as are effective time management and the ability to travel independently.

  • Answering calls / emails

  • Booking/rearranging appointments for advisors
  • Updating social media
