Working towards a Lean Manufacturing Operative, you will gain hands-on experience and knowledge of the manufacturing operations process, through rotations working in the Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain and Quality functions.

Duration: 12 Months

Expected start date: 02/09/2024

Hours per week: 39 hours

Wage: 15189.72 (Annually)

Job role includes

  • Establish a basic mechanical engineering knowledge

  • During the Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship you will be based at our Oldham Broadway Business Park premises and will receive ongoing training and support from both Rotork and Smart Training and Recruitment.
  • Level 2 Lean Manufacturing qualification upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

    This role offers a long term carer opportunity. The role is to provide succession planning for the manufacturing facility and after completing the level 2 apprenticeship, the apprentice would then complete a level 3 apprenticeship with us, with improvement technician, team leader and supply chain practioner being potential progression pathways.
