We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to help provide a high standard of face to face and telephone care for patients, staff, and visitors whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality. You will deal with general enquiries from patients and visitors in a helpful and efficient manner.

Duration: 16 Months

Expected start date: 06/03/2024

Hours per week: 32 hours

Wage: (Annually)

Job role includes

  • Greet and welcome patients as they arrive
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
  • Verify and update patient information in the system
  • Collect and process payments from patients
  • Assist with insurance claims and billing
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Handle patient enquiries and provide accurate information
  • Work with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • To undertake other ad hoc duties as requested by the Practice Manager
