We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Call Centre team. As a Sales Representative - Business Rate Appointment Booking, your primary responsibility will be to book appointments with clients across the UK. Prospecting SME’s and booking appointments for our expert team of surveyors to discuss rate reduction opportunities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our client' success while developing your communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Prospects: Identify potential clients via 100% outbound prospecting (cold calling)
  • Appointment Scheduling: Engage with potential clients via phone calls to introduce our Business Rate services and book appointments for consultations
  • Client Communication: Provide clear and concise information about our services, answering questions, and addressing concerns to generate interest in rate reduction opportunities
  • Targets and Reporting: Meet weekly and monthly appointment booking targets and provide regular reports on your progress
