A fantastic opportunity to work at The Beenstock home together with qualified carers who will support you to develop your skills to become a qualified carer. Your role will be to provide care in accordance with current best practice.

Duration: 12 Months

Hours per week: 33 hours

Wage: 10982 (Annually)

Job role includes

You will be expected to:

• Develop effective working relationships with other employees within the organisation
• Support an open, positive, and inclusive working culture
• Participate in the development of the organisations policies
• Participate in evaluation of the organisation, against agreed organisational goals, and business and quality objectives
• Work to establish effective employer-employee relationships.
• Minimise legal risks
• Participate in the maintenance of the Organisation’s management information systems
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of Care policies and procedures
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the standards required by legislation related to the registration of the Organisation
• Act within the Organisation’s budget based on the Organisation’s objectives and within the projected revenue
• Work in a cost-effective manner
• Be involved in the implementation and maintenance of the Organisation’s quality assurance programme

Beenstock Home is registered to provide nursing and personal care for up to 30 service users. The care home is integrated into a sheltered housing complex that comprises three floors, with sheltered flats on the ground floor, the first floor is the nursing/care unit and the residential unit on the second floor. The home offers a culturally specific service for Orthodox Jewish People.
