This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing skills and knowledge in an established childcare setting. Working with a team of experienced childcare practitioners to provide a high quality care and support to children from birth to aged five.

Duration: 18 Months

Expected start date: 18/03/2024

Hours per week: 40 hours

Job role includes

We are looking for someone to deliver a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years. To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development. To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Deputy Nursery Manager/Nursery Manager To complete all academic aspects of the apprenticeship

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Plan and implement stimulating and inclusive activities
    Encourage all aspects of communication development
  • Support all aspects of children’s health, safety and wellbeing at all times
  • Maintain accurate registers and children’s development records
  • Build effective relationships with parents, children and work colleagues
