Wage: 19305.01 (Annually)

Job role includes

  • Dealing with all aspects of a litigation focused debt recovery process on behalf of our clients. 
  • Ensuring all relevant processes are followed with dates diarised and followed up in a timely manner.
  • Compile witness statements or completion of court documentation.
  • Answer client queries and provide status updates/advice in a professional and efficient manner whether this is via email communication or verbally via the telephone.
  • Ensure all work undertaken is in line with internal and client service level agreements.
  • Liaise with external third party companies, agents or other representing parties as required.
  • Treat all customers fairly, professionally and act within legislation, compliance and codes of practice.
  • You may be required to carry out any other reasonable request as required by the Team Leader/Head of Department.
