About the placement

The placement will cover some of the following areas:

Customer Service Experience

  • This would be undertaking pulse surveys with clients and highlighting areas for improvement
  • Feed into social/media marketing apprentice for posts
  • Helping with assessment on The Institute of Customer Service accreditation

Social Media/Marketing

  • Liaising with each member of the team on the work they have done that week and pull together appropriate posts
  • Looking at SEO analytics
  • Setting up social media posts
  • Drafting blogs
  • I have several commercial training courses that have been purchased in this area also which need reviewing and the main learnings pulling from
  • Welcome to attend any networking events that might be happening during the 45 days placement

Financial

  • Analysing and Understanding return on investments
  • Creating a pipeline of spend and P&L

HR related activity

  • Shadow other experienced Associates
  • Involved in basic HR work if feels comfortable such as staffing the HR Inbox and allocating work, proposing answers to email queries that come in
  • Opportunities available on HR Software side to run reports and do analyse on current position for client
  • If there are any CIPD events that are happening at the point of the 45 days placement, welcome to get involved in those also
  • Also welcome to attend any coaching sessions that undertake on CIPD HR Level 3 and 5 qualifications subject to the coacher’s permission

About the T Level – Management and Administration

During the 2-year programme, students will develop the core knowledge and skills that are needed for entry to a range of management and administration occupations.

This course is suitable for anyone interested in a career in management and administration.

Students will develop an understanding of a broad range of issues relevant to the sector, including:

  • business context – an overview of organisational cultures and values, different types of internal and external stakeholder, different forms of governance and the impact of organisations on society and the environment
  • project and change management – an understanding of the common change management theories and models and how to support and improve projects
  • business behaviours – the importance of good communication and adapting social communication styles to professional standards and according to purpose, medium and audience
  • quality and compliance – the importance of maintaining and improving quality in all aspects of public and private sector organisations
