Designed by the home building industry, this programme introduces women to a career in site management.

During the programme you will learn what working in the home building industry looks like, attending training, insight sessions, and a two-week work placement. You will gain hands-on experience, build industry knowledge, and connect with potential employers.

The programme is an HBF initiative, delivered by Pathway CTM and in partnership with UK home builders.

All candidates must:

• Have a valid right to work in the UK and provide evidence of this at application stage
• Be aged 18 or over
• Have the legal right to drive in the UK, and access to a vehicle for the full three-week programme
• Have achieved a Maths and English GCSE Grade 4 or C and above (or equivalent)
• Be available for the full three-week programme, including online insight and training sessions (2nd November – 6^th November ) and a two-week work placement, running from 9^th November to 20^th November 2026.

The application window for the Autumn 2026 programme opens on the 17th August.
