Are you aged 18-30 with apprenticeship experience? Would you like to be rewarded for taking part in a Major Research Project with The University of Sheffield?
The University of Sheffield is leading a major project entitled “The Transitions of Young Workers in the UK Labour Market: Consequences for Careers, Earnings, Health and Wellbeing”.
The project looks at how of young people aged 18-30 who are doing or did apprenticeships experience job hunting, work and un/employment in the UK.
How can you help?
By participating in a research interview with this project!
The research project organisers are looking to conduct interviews with 18-30 year olds living in Greater Manchester who have apprenticeship experience. Interviews will last around 45 minutes and can be done over the phone, via video chat or face to face.
They will ask about things like your education, career history, and hopes for the future. They would also like to interview you in a year’s time to see how your career might have developed.
What can we offer in return?
Participants will receive a £20 cash voucher for your time. The project organisers can also answer any questions you might have on work, training and job opportunities in Greater Manchester.
