Low mood affects lots of us from time to time. Difficult
events and situations can leave us feeling down, and
sometimes we feel low without any obvious reason.
Whatever the cause, we are here to help.

Based on the principles of CBT, our Six-week workshop explores the symptoms of anxiety and worry. During the workshop, you will learn skills to improve the day-to-day management of symptoms of worry such as relaxation, techniques, letting go, problem-solving, and challenging unhelpful thoughts. You will be invited to participate in home practice to develop the skills that work for you.
