Apprenticeship Opportunities with LTSB
LTSB provide tailored programmes to prepare you for the world of work and make sure you’re ready to hit the ground running. Once you’ve completed one of their bootcamps they’ll guide you through the interview process and work hard to place you in apprenticeships with leading employers across the UK. They don’t guarantee a job, but they DO guarantee an interview.
LTSB’s partner employer in Manchester is NatWest who have level 2, 3 and 4 apprenticeships available in Customer Service, Data & Technology and Business. During this programme you will receive employability training, interaction with NatWest Group staff and Q&A sessions, gain insight into the culture at NatWest Group and other employers, interview prep and advice from previous LTSB students on their apprenticeships. Successful completion of the LTSB programme guarantees you an interview with NatWest Group for a permanent role.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Are aged 16 – 24 years old
- Are / have been eligible for Free School Meals
- Did not attend a fee-paying / private school
