The programme is designed for ambitious people who are passionate about operational leadership and public service. Over the course of 4 years, you’ll gain hands-on experience in various placements within TfGM, preparing you for a successful career in management. Alongside this you will also study towards gaining a degree in Business Management by completing a fully funded Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship with Manchester Metropolitan University.
