The Programme

The Leadership Development Apprenticeship Programme is designed for motivated people who are passionate about developing operational leadership skills and improving public services. Over the course of 4 years, you’ll rotate through different teams at TfGM, gaining hands-on experience and building the skills you need for a successful career in management. Alongside this you will also study towards gaining a degree in Business Management by completing a fully funded Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship with Manchester Metropolitan University.
