Staying Well

GM Health & Social Care Partnership and the Prince’s Trust have extended the availability of the Kooth service across Greater Manchester. If you're aged 11-25, this service is now free. It can be especially helpful if you're unemployed...

What is Kooth? You can think of it as your online mental wellbeing community. You're in safe hands when you use their discussion boards to talk about what's on your mind. You'll get a daily online journal you can write in too, and tips in their digital magazine.

PLUS: You can even chat online directly with the Kooth team. Kooth Counsellors are available on the site from 12 noon to 10pm Monday to Friday and 6pm to 10pm at weekends.

Kooth and the Prince's Trust

If you’re currently on a Prince’s Trust programme and are experiencing challenges with your mental health and wellbeing, talk to your Prince’s Trust Youth Support Worker. They’ll explain the support available through Kooth, the free online counselling and emotional wellbeing support service. Your Prince's Trust Youth Support Worker will give you that extra bit of reassurance and guidance to help you make the most of Kooth. They've got your back.
