Kara, recruitment partner, Manchester Airport

With lots of different options now open to her, Kara is keen to progress her HR career.

Kara wanted to get straight into the world of work and begin earning money as soon as possible. From starting as an apprentice, she now works as a recruitment partner. She’s also had the opportunity to travel to Uganda to support the airport’s charity.

Kara has progressed quickly and looks forward to furthering her career even more, as the options and opportunities at Manchester Airport are very open. “I haven’t got a particular route I would like to go down, but I want to continue enjoying what I do," she says.
