Dale Estates Rochdale Limited are offering the chance for a candidate to take part in a Business Admin Apprenticeship. Our business handles tasks such as tenant screening, lease/tenancy agreements, rent collection, property maintenance, and periodic inspection of the property. The successful candidate will act as an intermediary between a property owner and tenant(s).

Duration: 16 Months

Expected start date: 20/05/2024

Hours per week: 31.5 hours

Wage: 10483.2 (Annually)

Job role includes

Our business handles tasks such as tenant screening, lease/tenancy agreements, rent collection, property maintenance, and periodic inspection of the property. Act as intermediaries between property owner and tenant. Handles repairs.

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist Team
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
  • Respond to emails and correspondence in a timely manner
  • Organise and maintain digital files and records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
  • Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals and safety certificates
  • Daily interact with agents, contractors, tenants and coordinate with the team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Hold a Full driving license and have a car
  • Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner
