Wage: 20000 (Annually)

Job role includes

  • Develop an understanding of the Safeguarding Policy and Procedure and seek guidance to implement it if required
  • Interact with children through play and during care routines at all times
  • Support practitioners to carry out room routines and daily activities based on children’s individual interests and development
  • Develop an understanding of behaviour management strategies
    Contribute to planning processes and the key person approach

    • You may progress onto your Level 3 Early Years Educator and then move into nursery leadership and management
