Job role includes

Duties:

  • Assist with processing customer enquiries
  • Assist with updating customer data and orders into our system
  • Liaising with colleagues in other departments
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Ensure tasks and processes are completed on time and effectively
  • Ensure information is updated and work is completed on time
  • Ensure communication within the team is carried out in a timely, professional manner
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
  • To undertake other ad hoc duties as requested by Line Management
