Kindness Matters Everyday

It’s Mental Health Awareness week 18th – 24th May 2020 and the theme this year is kindness #kindnessmatters

That means doing something nice for yourself and others because you really want to make a positive difference. Research shows that being kind reduces stress, boosts self-esteem and even improve confidence and optimism for you and the other person. It’s a win-win situation!

Sometimes you have to be brave to do something kind or accept an act of kindness from someone else. You might be worried you’ll look silly but be brave because #kindnessmatters See other peoples kindness stories here https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/campaigns/mental-health-awareness-week/kindness-stories
