GCSE results 2020 advice and information

It’s been a tough year but your GCSE results are finally here!

Maybe you thought this day would never come, but here it is. Whatever you get for your GCSE results, you're just at the start of a journey and not the end.

Your grades will be based on your teachers’ assessments unless the regulator, Ofqual, thought your grades should be higher. That means if your teacher gave you the highest grade, you’ll get that, but if Ofqual gave you a higher grade you get that instead.

For any information, advice or guidance you can ask to speak to your school careers adviser or you can call your local careers service below.
